Dorito Casserole {Beef}

Dorito Casserole

Servings: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef/chuck
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cups Doritos corn chips (I used Nacho Cheese)
1 can (15 oz.) ranch style beans or bush’s chili beans
1 can (10 oz.) mild Rotel tomatoes
1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2 cups Mexican style shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain grease.
3. Stir in ranch style beans and chili powder.
4. In a bowl, pour in the soup and Rotel. Stir and set aside.
5. Layer Doritos, half of the meat, the rotel mixture, then, cheese. Repeat.
6. Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
