Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

In this pic it’s been sitting out for awhile and it’s softened.

Servings: 1 cheese ball
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 3 hours for chilling
Cooking Time: 0 minutes

1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham crackers

1. Add cream cheese, butter, and vanilla to a bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer. Add in sugar slowly.
2. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Shape into a ball recover with wax paper and refrigerate for another hour (I refrigerated over night.)
Optional: Roll in pecans just before serving.
5. Serve with graham crackers. I also served with honey flavored pretzel twists.
