Sugar Rush: Master Tips, Techniques, and Recipes for Sweet Baking by Johnny Iuzzini is one of the most gorgeous cookbooks I’ve ever seen! The pictures will have your mouth watering. The recipes and techniques in this book will have you rushing to the kitchen. The Chipotle Churros and the Milk Chocolate Mousse are at the top of my list to try first.
