The Kindness Challenge {Review}

I am always looking for ways to make my life better, so when I go the opportunity to read The Kindness Challenge by Shaunti Feldhahn I jumped at it. This is an easy book to read with great practical ways to help improve any relationship by being kind. I love that this book is based on research and real life examples. While most of this is not earth shattering and merely common sense, I believe in a world that is not very nice, we need more kindness. We need less, “It’s all about me” attitude. We need more of how can make someone else’s day better?

In the 30 day challenge, Shaunti recommends doing 3 things each day:
1. Say nothing negative about that person – either to them or about them to anyone else.
2. Find one positive thing you can praise or affirm about that person and tell them and tell someone else.
3. Do one small act of kindness or generosity for them.

I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone and everyone!
