Yesterday afternoon, my chest had that feeling like a cold was settling in, just like the cold front that was rollin’ in. Today I woke up. Full fledge cough, chest congestion, aches, headache. As the hours ticked away, I could tell I wasn’t getting any better with just rest, so I headed to the doc in the box.
Verdict: Upper respiratory infection
