When looking at the menu this week, I realized I’m on a rice kick! Rice is such a versatile side…Not always great for those counting carbs, but with my growing boys, it doesn’t phase them. Parboiled rice is my go to rice. I don’t buy anything else.
Monday: Crockpot Mongolian Beef
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
Margarita Chicken with Rice Pilaf
Wednesday: Dorito Casserole
Friday: Low Fat Garlic Honey Marinaded Pork with fried rice or baked beans depending on the type of meal your going for.
